PRINCESS Cecel

Cecel is my favorite Disney Princess.

There was a bit of a craze in my social circle on Tegaki E to draw OCs in dresses. I'd already drawn Ido in a dress (pfff technically I guess: [link] ) and thought it would be self-serving to draw my persona in a dress, so NATURALLY Cecel was my best candidate. (In spite of out-of-character circumstances. )
I enjoyed making this far too much. His poise and expression get to me. xD

Things I'm proud of:
-the coloring on the glasses
-the purple tinge on his shoulders
-the pearl beads

Cons:
-hands
-fabric texture
